On January 6'th, 1998 a very special person named Opal Luttrell passed away and
joined her late husband Cliff Luttrell. I know them as Grandma and
Grandpa and they both live on in my heart and in the hearts of many
others. This web page is dedicated to them. - R.L. Kellems
You might have noticed that there are finally some changes to this web site. I agree that they are long overdue. I will be updating and enhancing this site as time permits over the next few months. For those that are not in my immediate family you might not know that there have been some major changes in my life that have kept me away for awhile. Not the least of which is my marriage, the birth of my baby son, and becoming a father to two children aged 10 and 12. These have been great blessings but they have also made my free time much rarer. Still, I have some work that needs done here as well. So I will be blowing the dust off the ol' homepage and fixing up a few things around here.
You might have noticed that the first change is the address of this web site. It is now known as Opal-Luttrell.com in honor of the lady who inspired the creating of this site in the first place. For awhile you will also be able to get to it from the old address as well.
One of the changes that you can expect to find soon is the offer of free E-mail to descendants and close relatives of my grandmother, Opal Luttrell. If you sign up for one of these free E-mail accounts your address would be yourname@opal-luttrell.com. There will soon also be a mailing list for descendants and close relatives of Opal Luttrell to help us all stay in touch better. If there is enough interest I will probably also create a seperate mailing list for those interested in discussing Luttrell geneology. The rest of the changes will have to remain surprises for now.
It's good to be back.
